Satisfaction
If you're not satisfied with the deliverable measured against the agreed statement of work, you receive a full refund of fees paid. Same policy we run on Upwork. Refund covers fees paid to Wolrix for the engagement.
Post-launch
Bug fixes and in-scope revisions provided for 30 days post-delivery, at no additional cost. New features or out-of-scope work fall under a separate SOW.
Ownership
Client owns 100% of source code, database schemas, prompts, and infrastructure configuration at final payment. Wolrix retains nothing except the right to anonymously reference the engagement.
General
Guarantees require good faith on both sides — timely feedback, data provision, and access to the systems we're integrating with. Guarantees apply to the initial project scope only.
